LGBTQ COMMUNITY IFTAR 2022

On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, please join Caribbean Equality Project, the NYC Commission on Human Rights, alongside other community partners for an LGBTQ Community Iftar at The Center, starting at 6 pm. The forum is grounded in creating a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ Muslims and allies who celebrate Ramadan in solidarity. Since 2017, Caribbean Equality Project has been co-organizing this historic community-centered dinner during the holy month of Ramadan in partnership with organizations serving the LGBTQ+ Muslim community in New York City.

We invite our diverse Queer & TGNC Muslim community and allies to breakfast with us as we celebrate the holy month of Ramadan with prayer, education, storytelling, entertainment, and delicious food.

When: Wednesday, April 27, 2022 | 6 PM – 9 PM
Where: The LGBT Community Center: 208 W 13 St, New York, NY 10011
