Our Leadership Team

The Caribbean Equality Project is an Afro- and Indo-Caribbean immigrant-led social justice and human rights organization, where inclusivity and intersectionality are the foundation of the organization's work. The organization's leadership reflects the diversity of the population we advocate for and represents in New York City and the Caribbean diaspora. A liberation movement centered on education, empowerment, community building, and culturally responsive programming that affirms Caribbean LGBTQ+ immigrants, regardless of faith, immigration status, categories of ability, and HIV status.
