LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY IFTAR 2023

On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, please join Caribbean Equality Project and community partners for our annual LGBTQ+ Community Iftar at The Center, starting at 6:30 pm. The forum is grounded in creating a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ Muslims and allies who celebrate Ramadan in solidarity. Since 2017, Caribbean Equality Project has co-organized this historic community-centered dinner during the holy month of Ramadan in partnership with organizations serving the LGBTQ+ Muslim community in New York City.

We invite our diverse Queer & TGNC Muslim community and allies to breakfast with us as we celebrate the holy month of Ramadan with gender-neutral prayer, education, storytelling, culturally responsive entertainment, and delicious food.

When: Wednesday, April 12, 2023 | 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Where: The LGBT Community Center: 208 W 13 St, New York, NY 10011
