We are proud to announce that the Caribbean Equality Project is a Grand Marshal of the 30th Anniversary Queens Pride Parade. We are thrilled to share this achievement with our fellow honorees, the NYC Council Speaker Adrienne E. Adams, and community partners Colectivo Intercultural TRANSgrediendo.

Join us to celebrate this historic moment, as we amplify Caribbean culture and represent the diverse Caribbean LGBTQ+ voices we serve in NYC. This year, our goal is to continue affirming Caribbean LGBTQ+ identities under the colorfully inclusive theme: “Live Pridefully: Love and Resilience within Pandemics.” This aligns with our effort to present a contingent inclusive of our Afro- and Indo-Caribbean cultural backgrounds and ancestry as we continue advocating for equity and liberation for Caribbean LGBTQ+ immigrants in NYC.

The pandemic has impacted our social fundraising activities. Please show us your pride by giving a meaningful gift to support our participation at the Queens Pride Parade and NYC Pride March. We need YOU to make it all happen! Please donate & share

We invite our community partners and allies to march with Caribbean Equality Project in solidarity to celebrate this acknowledgment of the organization’s work and in support of the growing Caribbean LGBTQ+ community in NYC. Sign up here!

Come march with us in cultural and carnival-inspired apparel, your country colors, or come just as you are as we proudly celebrate our Caribbean LGBTQ+ identities... PLEASE DON’T FORGET YOUR FLAGS!
